Marol Front Mount H-600 Series Helms

The H-600 Series has been developed with a focus on customer's satisfaction during actual use such as steering sensitivity, smoothness, durability and reliability.

• Rigid Shaft Construction - The highly rigid construction of the steering shaft and cylinder block provides smooth and even operation.
• Dust Seal - Prevents damage due to debris and and corrosion.
• Solid Plunger - Return springs inside each plunger is replaced by a single spring located at the center steering shaft. Hollow sections inside the plunger is no longer needed. This eliminates air pockets within the plunger and results in better and easier bleeding with a more solid feel to the steering.
• Balanced Piston - MAROL's newly developed Balanced Piston System along with Marol's unique Distribution Plate design automatically adjusts oil flow based on pressure for the best and smoothest performance.
• Smart New Design - Slim design with common mounting hole pattern.
• Forged Aluminum Body - Air pockets normaly found in castings is a thing of the past with our forged aluminum body. This eliminates leaks and provides for stronger threads in the ports.

The units shown are the only ones available new. There may be some other models in used ones that we can get and rebuild for you if necessary, otherwise you will have to convert the helm to another brand that will match your cylinder.

All helms include hose elbows and tube fittings, steering wheel lock nut/woodruff key and mounting hardware.
